About Dihexa 10mg

Dihexa came out of work on the angiotensin IV / AT4 receptor system at Washington State University, where the target was a molecule that could cross the blood-brain barrier and promote synapse formation. It does not act as a growth factor itself; the reported mechanism is potentiation of endogenous HGF at c-Met, which places it in a different category from direct receptor agonists. Preclinical reports of potency in synaptogenesis assays are striking, but independent replication remains limited and the compound has no clinical dataset, so it is best treated as exploratory.

Storage and reconstitution

Store lyophilized peptide at -20°C in a dry, dark environment. Reconstitute in bacteriostatic water. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature for shipping and short-term storage.
