About HGH 24iu
Somatropin acts directly at the growth hormone receptor, dimerising it and triggering JAK2/STAT5 signalling, which distinguishes it fundamentally from the secretagogues that work upstream by provoking endogenous pituitary release. That difference is the point of most comparative work: secretagogues preserve pulsatility and negative feedback, while direct receptor agonism does not.
